RSVP Standards

  • Contact with the non-catastrophic injured worker within five business days from referral
  • Contact with the catastrophic or hospitalized injured worker within one business day from referral
  • All travel pro-rated with other cases worked that business day
  • On-site work location visit performed for each case, unless otherwise requested by referral source
  • Referral source is notified of changes/additions to treatment plan and work status changes the same day these occur
  • If nurse case management has not resulted in a positive movement toward recovery each month, the case is closed
  • All cases reviewed each month by quality assurance staff for positive movement and resolution-oriented case MANAGEMENT- not case monitoring
  • No clerical charges
