RSVP was founded in 1993 by Susan Maraglino, a registered nurse medical case manager active in insurance case management since 1978. She is a licensed Texas claims adjuster, certified as a rehabilitation counselor, and experienced with private, state and federal workers compensation programs. Susan’s skills include consulting regarding Medicare and Medicaid issues, Life Care Planning for catastrophic injury, and Medicare SetAside (MSA) preparation.
Since 1993, RSVP has grown to include a select number of other nurse case managers in the Texas area. RSVP utilizes only RN case managers due to the medical knowledge they possess and their ability to recognize and manage the implications of certain medical diagnoses.
Susan and the other nurse case managers associated with RSVP are all appropriately certified to perform Texas Workers Compensation Return to Work case management as required by the new DWC regulations.
